In Lanzo and Canavese Valleys is possible to discover the gastronomic excellences of Piedmontese tradition, living a unique experience for all palates. Here it is possible to find authentic tastes in the numerous restaurants, taverns and agritourisms of the area, which express in their dishes all the genuineness and excellence of typical products.

The gastronomic tradition of these valleys is mainly based on products made available by the peasant culture, and for this reason not many products are expressly attributable to these territories.

This does not detract from the fact that the products perfectly represent the tastes and flavours of traditional Piedmontese cuisine.
