Ballesio Cioccolato is an artisan laboratory that hands down the most ancient traditions of Piedmontese master chocolatiers with great passion. First of all the production of the authentic Giandujotto, the one cut and wrapped by hand, made with the same ingredients and the same shape it had in the nineteenth century, when it was created. Giandujotto is flanked by other chocolate delicacies produced using processing techniques and raw materials typical of the area, such as bars with whole IGP hazelnuts or peppermint from Piedmont, or spreadable creams with cocoa and gianduja without the addition of palm oil . Thanks to this attention to quality and to its mastery, Ballesio Cioccolato has earned the title of "Artisan Excellence of Piedmont" and its fame has long since gone beyond the "Porta del Canavese", the name given to the municipality of Leinì, where the production laboratory is located
