In his small company, founded in 2000, Roberto Crosio is mainly committed to the enhancement of the native grape variety: Erbaluce, which he produces in the still, classic and passito methods. The range of wines is completed with Barbera and Nebbiolo produced in the Canavese area.
It is also possible to taste its wines in the family restaurant, the Gardenia restaurant, a Michelin star in Canavese.
