About us

The Canavese in its northwestern part borders with France. Close relationships of friendship and competition bind us to Alpine trans. With this in mind, we have embarked on a challenge with a product dear to them, Cassis, sure of obtaining an innovative result in any case. We have reached a good balance after years of research refinement. Our Cassis is fresh with multiple possibilities of use as an aperitif Kir with dry white wine, Kir royal with champagne or Italian brut sparkling wine, smooth on ice cream, in fruit salad, yoghurt or in innovative cuisine. Cassis morainic so called by us in reference to the morainic amphitheater where our Blackcurrant grows only with the help of sun and rain.
