Founded in 1896, the Roletti pastry shop has handed down from father to son, for the past 5 generations, the wisdom of the classic Sabaudal pastry, in fact being able to boast the title of official suppliers of the Royal House. Our production ranges both on dry and on pastry with creams and zabaglione and changes throughout the year following the seasons. Of particular interest are our artisanal croissants to be enjoyed at breakfast and our panettone, the undisputed point of our winter production.
For the tasting we will offer the tasting of a selection of cream puffs accompanied by our oldest specialty and richest in history: the duchess biscuit.
